Haiti

The following comes to us from our Virginia Conference United Methodist Volunteers in Mission Coordinator, Rev. Keith Mottley regarding the difficult situation in Haiti.

Good morning Saints:

Below is a letter from the Southeastern Jurisdiction UMVIM and attached is a letter from the president of the Methodist Churches of Haiti. Please share this information with your congregation. This letter will help the wonderful Christians in our churches to better understand why the delay in sending UMVIM Teams to Haiti. Thank you.

Also keep working on the Health Kits for they will be needed for some time to come. Thank you for the kits you have already sent and will be sending.
